For Virtual Conference/Zoom Events
Although I do not require a specific fee to speak at virtual events, an honorarium would be most appreciated for the time spent in preparation and delivery of content. Honorariums for a single 45-minute keynote presentation varies depending on the size of the event. Please contact me for a typical honorarium range.

In addition, I would appreciate my Social Media contact information (shown above) be included in any promotional materials, and would greatly appreciate receiving links which promote/share the interview or event on your website and any social media pages, such as a Facebook business page. That way we can share event information to one another’s audiences. :)

For In-Person Events
Host organizations are asked to provide reimbursement (if more than 1-2 hours from my home in Atlanta) for one round-trip, economy plus plane ticket, ground transportation, meals, and one hotel room. Although I do not require a specific fee to speak, average honorariums for a minimum 2-hour workshop or full weekend of speaking vary, depending on the size of the event plus all travel, meals (gluten-free and healthy options preferred), and lodging (well-rated Airbnb or equivalent is fine). Typical honorarium range available upon request. Please provide a single point-of-contact individual to help with arrangements, schedule, etc.

In addition, I would appreciate my Social Media contact information (shown above) be included in any promotional materials, and would greatly appreciate receiving links which promote/share the interview or event on your website. :)

For Workshops or Demos
If an art workshop or demonstration is your interest area, please provide a single point-of contact. This person will communicate about hotel/meal/lodging arrangements, if any; shipment of materials ahead of time, if more than 60 minutes away from my home (north metro Atlanta, GA, USA); assistance/access to the workshop/demo space; and to set-up early. For most art workshops and demos, the sponsor/host will be asked to provide the following:

  • Clean, well-lit, indoor workshop space

  • Stable internet connectivity

  • 2-3 tables (6-ft long) for presentation / demos / supplies with protective covers

  • Adequate seating and prepared (covered) tables for participants; 2 persons for each 6 ft. rectangular table or 4 persons for each 8-10 ft. round table

  • In-room or nearby sink/water access, for clean-up and water on tables

  • Electrical outlets near presentation tables with extension cords, if needed

  • Adequate supply of paper towels, dish soap/cleaning supplies

  • Access to the workshop space at least 90 minutes prior to workshop start for set-up, test presentation, electronics, etc.

  • Clean restroom facilities in close proximity to the workshop space
